Alt...</title><content type='html'>Unfortunately, standards are half the battle.  Although, good science and math standards are more-or-less necessary for a high level education.  The state and teachers ultimately have to adopt and implement them at that level of expectation.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;regardless of the silly politics. If passed I wonder how long until their grade of A drops to F... I always wondered how this type of teaching enters the curriculum (well not really, I&amp;#39;m being sarcastic) when it has no facts (other than magic) to back it.
